Cancellation Policy

How traveller cancellations, late payments and trip changes are managed.

Traveller cancellation

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to andreas@andytoonstours.com. The date we receive the written request is used to assess any applicable refund or credit.

Deposits may become non-refundable after supplier commitments are made, unless the trip-specific confirmation states otherwise.

Late balance payments

If a balance is not paid by the stated deadline, AndyToons Tours may release the place after attempting to contact the traveller. Reinstatement depends on availability and supplier terms.

Changes by AndyToons Tours

If we need to make a significant change or cancel a trip, we will offer a suitable alternative, credit or refund option according to the circumstances and supplier recoverability.
