If AndyToons cannot confirm your place
If you paid a deposit but AndyToons Tours cannot confirm your place because the trip is full or unavailable, the deposit will be returned to the original payment account where possible.

Supplier commitments
After a booking is confirmed, some funds may be committed to hotels, transport, activities, permits or event access. Refundability can depend on those supplier terms and the timing of cancellation.
Any trip-specific refund terms shown on your invoice or confirmation email override this general policy.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed as quickly as possible. Bank transfer timing, card processing delays and currency conversion differences are outside AndyToons Tours control.
