How AndyToons Tours collects, uses and protects traveller and enquiry information.

We collect information you give us when you enquire, apply for a trip, request a quote or use the client portal. This can include your name, email, phone number, country of residence, group size, dietary or accessibility notes and trip preferences.
For confirmed travellers, we may also collect travel profile details such as passport expiry, insurance status, emergency contact information and room or activity preferences when needed to operate the trip.
We use your information to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, manage bookings, send deposit instructions, operate the trip portal, coordinate suppliers and provide traveller support before, during and after travel.
We do not sell traveller information. We only share details with hotels, transport partners, guides, payment providers or other suppliers where it is necessary to deliver the trip or comply with a legal requirement.
We keep booking records for as long as needed for customer service, accounting, fraud prevention and legal compliance. You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing andreas@andytoonstours.com.
Some records may need to be retained where required for tax, accounting, dispute resolution or safety reasons.
