General terms for enquiries, bookings, payments and traveller responsibilities.

Submitting a booking form is an application or enquiry until AndyToons Tours confirms availability and payment instructions. A place is confirmed only after the required deposit is received and verified.
Trip dates, inclusions, hotels and activities may be adjusted when required by weather, supplier availability, safety, local conditions or events outside our control. We will communicate material changes as early as possible.
Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas or entry authorisations, travel insurance, health requirements, personal spending and following local laws and guide instructions.
AndyToons Tours can refuse or remove a traveller from an activity if behaviour creates safety, legal or operational risk for the group, guides, suppliers or local communities.
Prices are usually shown per person unless stated otherwise. Deposit amounts, balance deadlines and payment methods will be stated on the booking page, invoice or confirmation email.
Third-party payment fees, bank charges, currency conversion differences and card processing fees may be the traveller's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
